The Amazon insights Zobook puts at your fingertips

Every report below is pulled directly from your own Amazon Selling Partner account, on your authorisation, and presented only to you and the colleagues you invite.

Search Query Performance

See the actual search queries shoppers use to find your ASINs, with impressions, clicks, cart-adds, and purchases at each funnel stage. Spot where you lose share and which queries convert.

Brand Analytics — Search Terms

The top search terms in your categories and the ASINs winning the clicks and conversions behind them, so you can see where your products rank against the demand you care about.

Market Basket Analysis

Understand which products customers most frequently buy together with yours, so you can build bundles, cross-sell, and plan complementary stock with confidence.

Repeat Purchase Behaviour

Measure what share of orders for each ASIN are repeat purchases, track reorder rates over time, and identify the products that build a loyal customer base.

Promotion Performance

Review the results of your deals and coupons — units, spend, and uplift — to see which promotions paid off and refine your next campaign.

Sales & Traffic

Daily and monthly sales, sessions, page views, buy-box percentage, and unit session rate by ASIN — the conversion picture for every listing in one view.

FBA inventory health

Track FBA stock levels, inbound shipments, sell-through, ageing, and long-term storage exposure so you restock on time and avoid storage fees.

Buy Box & listing monitoring

Monitor Buy Box ownership, pricing, and listing changes across your catalogue, with alerts when something needs your attention.

Profitability by ASIN

Combine Amazon fees, FBA costs, COGS, and ad spend with your Zobook cost data to see true net margin per ASIN — not just top-line revenue.

How it works

Connected through Amazon's official SP-API

No spreadsheets, no scraping. Zobook uses Amazon's authorised Selling Partner API and you stay in control of access at all times.

01

Authorise Zobook

Connect your Amazon seller account with Amazon's standard OAuth consent flow. You grant access, you see exactly what is shared, and you can revoke it from Seller Central whenever you like.

02

We sync your reports

Zobook requests your Brand Analytics, sales, traffic, advertising, and inventory reports on a schedule through the SP-API and stores them securely against your account.

03

You analyse & act

Explore trends, export, set alerts, and tie Amazon performance back to the stock and finance data already in Zobook — all in one place.

What sellers do with it

Built for the decisions Amazon sellers make every week

Sharpen listings

Use real search-query and conversion data to refine titles, keywords, and content for the terms that actually drive sales.

Plan inventory

Feed Amazon demand and FBA cover into Zobook's reorder points so bestsellers never run dry and slow movers don't tie up cash.

Protect margin

See true net profit per ASIN after Amazon fees, FBA, ads, and COGS — and act on the products quietly losing money.

Grow basket size

Turn market-basket insights into bundles and cross-sells that lift average order value.

Spend ads wisely

Tie promotion and advertising performance to organic rank so your campaign budget follows the products that respond.

Catch issues early

Alerts on Buy Box loss, stranded inventory, and falling click-share mean you find problems before they cost you sales.

Data, privacy & compliance

How we handle your Amazon data

Zobook is built to comply with the Amazon Acceptable Use Policy, the Amazon Data Protection Policy, and the Solution Provider Agreement.

Your data is yours alone. Information retrieved from the Amazon Selling Partner API is used only to provide analytics services back to the selling partner whose account it came from. We do not aggregate or pool one selling partner's data with another's to create or sell benchmarks, market reports, or insights to third parties or competing sellers.

You authorise — and control — access

Zobook only accesses your Amazon data after you explicitly authorise our application through Amazon's official OAuth consent flow. You can review the scope of access at any time and revoke it instantly from Amazon Seller Central. Brand Analytics reports require an active Amazon Brand Registry enrolment on your account.

We never sell or share insights about Amazon

In line with the Amazon Acceptable Use Policy, we do not promote, publish, or share insights about Amazon's business, and we do not use information obtained through the SP-API for any purpose other than serving the authorising selling partner. Analytics produced from your data are private to your account.

Stored securely, deleted on request

Amazon data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, held in UK/EU data centres, and access is restricted to the authenticated users on your Zobook account under least-privilege controls. We retain Selling Partner API data only as long as needed to provide the service and delete it within 30 days of you disconnecting the integration or requesting deletion — except where retention is required by law.

What we access

With your authorisation, Zobook requests Brand Analytics reports (including search terms, market basket, repeat purchase, and item comparison data), Search Query Performance, sales and traffic reports, advertising and promotion performance, orders, and FBA/inventory reports. We request only the data needed to deliver the analytics described on this page.

Full detail is in our Data Protection statement, Privacy Policy, and Security overview.
